Squeeze a little more out of this year’s peach season with our perfect peach salsa.
Peaches are packed with vitamin C making this colourful raw salsa a nutritious side for any health-conscious foodie.
Serves 3-4 as a side.
Serving Suggestion: Try with nacho chips as an alternative to guacamole or served as a side salad with black bean burritos!

- In a bowl mix together the chopped red onion, cilantro, and chilli, add the grated lime zest and the juice of half the lime then mix together
- Now add the diced red pepper and peaches squeezing over the remaining juice. Gently combine
- Season to taste and you’re done! To store, keep in an airtight container in the fridge, although for taste I think it’s best eaten the same day.
