1 Juice and the zest of lime
Red chilli, deseeded and finely diced
Red bell pepper, diced
1 1/4 cup
Cilantro, chopped
Red onion, diced
0 to taste
Salt and freshly ground pepper
The Perfect Peach Salsa

Squeeze a little more out of this year’s peach season with our perfect peach salsa.

Peaches are packed with vitamin C making this colourful raw salsa a nutritious side for any health-conscious foodie.

Serves 3-4 as a side.

Serving Suggestion: Try with nacho chips as an alternative to guacamole or served as a side salad with black bean burritos!

  1. In a bowl mix together the chopped red onion, cilantro, and chilli, add the grated lime zest and the juice of half the lime then mix together
  2. Now add the diced red pepper and peaches squeezing over the remaining juice. Gently combine
  3. Season to taste and you’re done! To store, keep in an airtight container in the fridge, although for taste I think it’s best eaten the same day.
